What does LeaseCraft do?

Pick a clause type and jurisdiction framing, then get plain-English lease language you can drop into a draft agreement. Output is marked as a template.

Is this legal advice or credit advice?

No. LeaseCraft is not legal advice and not credit advice. It does not create an attorney-client relationship, underwrite tenants, or certify enforceability. Review every clause with qualified counsel before use in a binding lease.

Which clauses are covered?

Common situations such as late rent, pets, security deposit, subletting, maintenance, and entry notice — with landlord, tenant, or both framing.

What happens if AI is unavailable?

Fail-closed: demo mode is labeled; missing configuration and upstream failures return errors. The product will not pretend a mock clause is a live model-assisted result.

How does pricing work?

Listed plans are $15/month and $150/year. Checkout uses /api/checkout with monthly or yearly cycle.
